How it all began


Kmph was formed in 2004 as a reseller of speed camera detection equipment. Soon after in 2005 we were the only company to offer the unique installation & laser gun testing service of the laser diffusers, Combining it with the industry best Origin b2 speed camera detector for an all round solution.


Soon after we began testing of other manufacturers equipment and found that not all did what they said they would. In winter 2005 we decided to start the manufacturing of our own laser system and so Laser Protector was born.

In 2006 after initial prototype testing in USA with the guys of Lidar we were the worlds number 1 laser defense product.

We now manufacture our own laser system, interface cables & installation testing devices.
We are proud to own every laser speed gun ever manufactured and used worldwide. We have even appeared on various TV shows from Top Gear, Tonight with Trevor McDonald, Central Extra, Fifth Gear, BBC Inside Out, Judge John Deed and more.

In 2006 Kmph fitted Dale Lomas’s ZZR1400 with the Laser Pro Park system along with Radar detection also. He completed the 2006 Cannon Ball Bike Run and finished 2nd as he came off on the last stint. The editorial he published was amazing.

In 2007 we fitted a large number of Gumball & Carbon Black rally vehicles with the products we sell.

In 2008 Laser Pro Park was regarded as the world’s number one best selling and performing laser diffuser.

In 2010 we are still manufacturing systems, Installing & Distributing World Wide. And we have some very exciting new products launching shortly.
We strive to bring you the best products that do what they say they will and advise you on the best solution for your specific needs.

We are based in Leicestershire but cover most of the UK with a unique installation service or you’re welcome to visit our spacious workshop, have a cup of tea or coffee while we carry out the work.
