Delivery Information

Our postal rates are for the UK mainland only. If you live outside the UK, please contact us and we will quote you the best postage options by return.

Our postage is £3.95 for all orders under £25 and £6.95 for all orders under £50. If you spend over £100 you will get FREE Delivery!

We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For Postage unless otherwise notified and agreed.

We pack using new good quality packaging materials except where possible we recycle cardboard boxes for larger orders.

We post twice a day and all orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be posted same day. subject to the items being in stock, not all stock is kept on site and is sent direct from the manufacturer.

Please contact us if you have any special delivery or carriage requirements.

Once we have received the certificate of posting we can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery as it is beyond our control. we will always do our best to help you locate your package.

You're welcome to collect an item from either our branch in Leicester or Basingstoke subject to calling us first so stock can be made available for you.
