However, there are some exceptions to your right to cancel and these are stated below:

2. Where you have entered into a subscription / registration process, by agreement, before the end of the cooling off period.

Upon receipt of this request a returns form will be sent to you. Please complete and return with the unit (via insured post) within 7 days. We will then action your refund within 30 working days.

We are not able to offer re-imbursement of postage costs and a refund can only be processed if the entire / whole unit is returned inc. all leads, manuals, fixtures and fittings

Faulty Goods

If, within 7 days of receipt of goods, you believe your item to be faulty we will happily offer a full refund (inc. carriage costs), replacement or repair.

If, after 7 days of receipt of goods, we can offer replacement and repair until the expiry of your manufacturers warranty (subject to the terms being covered by your warranty document).

UK Law

As at the 6th Feb 2006, all of the products we sell are legal to own and use in Great Britain. Kmph Ltd will not be held liable in the event that the law changes in the future. Liability in this instance will be with the owner of the unit. Kmph Ltd will not refund any purchase due to a change in law making any of our units illegal to own in Great Britain.

Customers from outside of Great Britain purchase must adhere to local country laws. We will not be held responsible in any instance if local laws are flaunted in any way.
