Pricing Policy

Prices may change without prior notice. kmph.co.uk will not be held responsible for pricing errors as a result of software or hardware failure.

kmph.co.uk reserves the right to change prices displayed on the website without any prior notice.

Payment

kmph.co.uk accepts the following as means of payment for goods.

Visa, MasterCard, UK Delta, UK Electron, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Solo, Switch, Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders.

kmph.co.uk uses the NatWest Streamline service for real time credit card transactions. This service is secure and uses 128bit SSL technology to ensure your personal details remain secure at all times.

VAT Registration

All of our prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Kmph Ltd are registered for VAT, our VAT registration number is GB 8671 270 12

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order made from our website, please contact us by telephone on 0116 2831 696 within 24 hours of the original time of the sale. If the goods have already been despatched, we require the item returning unopened and in it’s original condition before we can process the refund.

Delivery & Stock Levels

Kmph Ltd aims to maintain stock levels to supply customers demands. If an item is ordered before midday via the website, we aim to despatch the day with delivery the following day. We reserve the right to use various couriers depending on the unit ordered from the website.

If a unit is temporarily out of stock and we’re unable to dispatch your unit within 24 hours we will contact you via email or phone to advise an anticipated delivery date.

Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to a 'cooling off period' of 7 days from receipt of goods.

Should you wish to cancel your sales contract, you must do so in writing confirming your reason for this request.

Please note this must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your goods and can be done so by emailing us at rma@kmph.co.uk

However, there are some exceptions to your right to cancel and these are stated below:

1. Where you have opened and attempted to download computer software.

2. Where you have entered into a subscription / registration process, by agreement, before the end of the cooling off period.

Upon receipt of this request a returns form will be sent to you. Please complete and return with the unit (via insured post) within 7 days. We will then action your refund within 30 working days.

We are not able to offer re-imbursement of postage costs and a refund can only be processed if the entire / whole unit is returned inc. all leads, manuals, fixtures and fittings

Faulty Goods

If, within 7 days of receipt of goods, you believe your item to be faulty we will happily offer a full refund (inc. carriage costs), replacement or repair.

If, after 7 days of receipt of goods, we can offer replacement and repair until the expiry of your manufacturers warranty (subject to the terms being covered by your warranty document).

To apply, please do so in writing by emailing us at rma@kmph.co.uk Returns can not be accepted unless you have applied by writing in advance and a returns number has been supplied to you.

UK Law

As at the 6th Feb 2006, all of the products we sell are legal to own and use in Great Britain. Kmph Ltd will not be held liable in the event that the law changes in the future. Liability in this instance will be with the owner of the unit. Kmph Ltd will not refund any purchase due to a change in law making any of our units illegal to own in Great Britain.

Customers from outside of Great Britain purchase must adhere to local country laws. We will not be held responsible in any instance if local laws are flaunted in any way.
